Chords are quite simple Em to C (Switch chords with your singing). And when switching between the Em and the C you can take your finger off the D string and have an open D string during the quick transition (im no expert, but I try to do this). During the parts that go? "We were flying close to heaven..." the chords are C G D, and back to Em. Very simple! I just figured them out by ear.
